This is a key leadership role within the business, with clear potential to grow as Blue Tiger continues to scale.</p><p>You'll be responsible for ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while leading and motivating a small but growing team.</p><h3>Working Hours</h3><ul><li>Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse and logistics operations</li><li>Manage, support, and develop warehouse and delivery teams</li><li>Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability</li><li>Drive a 3.5-tonne van when required to support operations</li><li>Ensure all health &amp; safety, food handling, and operational compliance standards are met</li><li>Continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows as the business grows</li><li>Act as a strong people manager by setting clear standards, training team members, and fostering a positive team culture</li><li>Work closely with the leadership team to support business growth and scalability</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Highly organised with strong operational and problem-solving instincts</li><li>A confident and capable people manager who leads from the front</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment</li><li>Holds a valid driving licence and is able to drive a 3.5-tonne van</li><li>Proven experience overseeing warehouse and logistics operations</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused</li><li>Excited by the opportunity to join a growing business with room to develop and progress</li></ul><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
