Production Operator Temp to Perm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Cambuslang

Pay Rate:

• £12.45 per hour - Day shift
• £13.75 per hour - Back shift

Shifts: Ongoing Day shift or Back shift

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm
• Back shift: Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm, and Friday, 2pm-6pm

Our client in Cambuslang is seeking a motivated Construction Operative to join their team within a busy construction‑focused production facility. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, groundwork, trades assistance, or a similar hands‑on environment. You will be working with various materials, operating hand and power tools, and supporting the assembly/fabrication of construction components. Full training on all tools and processes will be provided.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, labouring, or a similar physical work environment
• Confident using or learning to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work safely and meet daily targets
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Good organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance
