Role: Part Time Senior Lettings AdvisorHours: 26 Hours over 4 consecutive daysSalary: £36,149 (hourly rate based on this salary)Temporary When: Available immediatelyLocation: Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom, CV3 3FX Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.</li><li>Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.</li><li>Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.</li><li>Maintaining &amp; developing excellent relationship with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.</li><li>Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications and experience: <ul><li>Previous experience in the housing sector </li><li>Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.</li><li>Ensuring that empty properties are let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
