About the Role:We are currently recruiting a CNC Miller/Turner based in the Tyne and Wear area. The successful candidate will be proficient in programming, setting, and operating CNC Mazak machinery.My client is a well‑established precision engineering company, specialising in the manufacture of high‑quality machined components for a range of industrial sectors. With a strong focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement, the business has built a solid reputation for delivering to exacting standards and supporting long‑term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Programming, setting, and operating a Mazak multitasking machine</li><li>Programming directly from engineering drawings</li><li>Machining high-precision components in a sub‑contract manufacturing environment</li><li>Quality inspection after each completed job</li><li>Working with both milling and turning operations</li><li>Ensuring components meet tight tolerances and quality standards</li><li>Contributing to continuous improvement and efficient production processes</li></ul> Salary:<ul><li>£39k per annum</li><li>Time and a half overtime</li></ul> Role:<ul><li>Monday-Thursday</li><li>40hrs per week</li><li>Full time only</li><li>Permanent job</li><li>Immediate start</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
