Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a team that is seeing massive growth and new contract wins. This role is temporary however, there could be a possibility for the role to go permanent for the right person. You will be based in the office, 5 days per week. Role involves effectively coordinate the direct labour teams and external staff, while maximising productivity and utilisation. <ul><li>Assist wider team to effectively plan work</li><li>Manage client specific business portal to obtain work</li><li>Review provided paperwork</li><li>Prioritise job assignment and assign appropriate resources</li><li>Prepare and submit licensing applications</li><li>Collate completed work information and process data on appropriate systems in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure jobs are managed from start to finish maintaining regular contact with clients</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good national geographic knowledge</li><li>Planning experience</li><li>Excellent IT skills - MS Office</li><li></li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
