Nursery Practitioners Wanted - Starting JanuaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team in January.Location: BasingstokePay Rates:<ul><li>Level 2: £14 per hour</li><li>Level 3: £17 per hour</li></ul>Hours Available:<ul><li>07:30 - 13:00</li><li>13:00 - 18:00</li><li>07:30 - 18:00</li><li>Days are flexible Monday to Friday.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Enhanced DBS (must be current)</li><li>Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification</li><li>Passion for working with children and supporting their development</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.</li><li>Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.</li><li>Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.</li><li>Experience working with children under 5.</li><li>Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li></ul>You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
