🔹 What's on Offer:

• 💼 Full-time office-based role in Darlington
• 🕤 Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
• 💰 £13.95 per hour
• 📅 Immediate start
• 🎓 4 weeks of paid training (no holidays during this period)
• 🏖️ All bank holidays off
• 🔐 May be subject to DBS Checks

🔹 The Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls from EE's sales team and customers, helping to set up contracts accurately and efficiently. This is a quality-over-quantity role - no call duration targets, just a focus on getting things right.

Your day-to-day will include:

• 📞 Handling inbound calls related to contract setup
• 🧾 Verifying and entering contract details into the system
• 🔄 Following up with sales teams or customers for missing info
• ✅ Ensuring contracts are complete and error-free before activation
