Hours:<ul><li>Monday - Thursday: 07:45 - 16:30 (1-hour lunch)</li><li>Friday: 07:45 - 14:45 (1-hour lunch)</li></ul> A well-established client in the High Wycombe area is seeking a diligent and reliable Stores Assistant to join their warehouse team, focusing specifically on kitting operations. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Locate and book in stock based on pick lists and assemble accurate kits for timely dispatch in line with customer and quality requirements</li><li>Receive, record, and process incoming deliveries from suppliers</li><li>Pick, pack, and dispatch products efficiently and accurately</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts</li><li>Keep the warehouse area organised and clean to support a safe and efficient working environment</li><li>Follow all internal processes related to health and safety, quality assurance, and warehouse operations</li><li>Escalate any safety or process concerns to the appropriate team members</li><li>Support with general warehouse duties as required</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment, especially involving kitting, is desirable</li><li>A methodical and organised approach to work with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage workload effectively and meet time-sensitive deadlines</li><li>Understanding of stock control procedures is an advantage</li><li>A forklift licence is preferred, although training can be provided</li></ul> What's on Offer:<ul><li>4% employer pension contribution</li><li>Death in Service / Life Insurance cover</li><li>Travel Insurance (including personal travel)</li><li>Full training provided, including forklift and anti-counterfeit training</li><li>Long-term opportunity within a supportive team</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
