F&amp;B Manager to oversee all F&amp;B/operations department and report directly to the GM and Deputy GM. Live in may be available if required at £75 a week (includes energy bills). Package: between £38000 - £40000. F&amp;B Manager Purpose of the Job: To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department. Supervises and co-ordinates the Food and Beverage Department. The successful candidate must have previous experience in managing, motivating and developing a team whilst ensuring consistently high standards of customer service are met. 2/3 years manager experience within a similar role is mandatory.
