We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives in Aberdeen, AB12 area to start ASAP Shifts are 0700 to 1600 Monday to Friday - Full-time Hours! Pay Rate: £11.44ph Contract Temp ongoing - Full-time hours Ideal candidates need to have previous experience working in a warehouse, unloading pallets, mechanical handling equipment and preferably counter balance fork lift experience. There is manual handling of boxes weighing up to 25kg but the majority of boxes are 10kg. Please note - this role requires working in a cold store environment! Duties Include * Loading and Unloading Pallets * Inspection and checking orders prior to being boxed and sent for dispatch * Emptying Blasts * Checking pallets are correctly labelled and accounted for * Adhere to food safety protocols and standards * Following rules and routines on site * General Housekeeping * Operating MHE truck (full-training will be provided) Skills Required * Warehouse experience, particularly in a cold-store environment * Computer experience of Microsoft packages and warehouse management systems * Manual handling and mechanical handling equipment experience * Logistics Warehouse Management * A can-do positive attitude * Highly organised &amp; problem solving * Effective time management and communication * High levels of interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure Rewards &amp; Benefits * Competitive pay rates/Pay progression * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing coaching and in role training * Instant access to Blue Arrow training portal * Auto enrolment in pension scheme * 28 days paid holiday Candidates will require Safety Boots and Hi-Vests on site but can be provided!
