Chef de Partie - Surrey- £31,000 - Work life balance Chef de partie required for a boarding school in Dorking area, Surrey. Working for a leading contract catering company this is a 5/7 day week 52 week year. There is a mix of early and late shifts 7am - 3.30pm or 11.30am to 8pm and you would be required to work around 1 in 3 weekends.
