We hold site tours to show you all the departments to see which ones you'd feel you'd be most suited to. The roles include but are not limited to (as they change dependant on department) <ul><li>Polishing and finalising ceramic products</li><li>Visual inspections of delicate ceramic products to ensure high standards</li><li>Recording defects within internal systems</li><li>Organising finished products ready for sale</li><li>Machine operation</li><li>Producing clay products</li><li>Cleaning duties</li><li>General Labour</li></ul> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Once you are fully registered with us we will be taking groups of people out for a tour of the site, this will also you to have a full understanding of the environment you will be working in. Please note, due to the nature of the clients business this may not be suitable for some medical conditions such as asthma/skin conditions. Some departments do require ear production due to high noise volumes (this is provided) As a production operative you will be/have: * Individual who thrives on order, systematic working and keeping busy * Organised, efficient and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere * Self-motivated * Upbeat and energised * Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks * Good team player * Good communication skills * Reliable and dependable * Physically fit and able to work on your feet for most of the shift; if loading, ability to meet the physical demands of the job. The individual will need the ability to move around with ease, while at times lifting and carrying items potentially weighing up to 30kg * Practical and organised with a methodical approach to work * Awareness and ability to follow safety instructions and procedures * Good literacy and numeracy skills What next?
