Chef de partie - £31,000 per annum - Crawley area

Job title: Chef de partie
Location: Crawley
Salary: £31,000 per annum including service + paid overtime over 40 hours
Shifts: 40 hours a week ( paid overtime ) 4 or 5 days
Rosette restaurant

We are currently recruiting for prestigious private group of quality Hotels at their property in Crawley, the Hotel has award winning restaurants. This is an incredible opportunity.

Responsibilities :
* Practice and promote effective teamwork and communication amongst your direct work colleagues and colleagues in other departments
* Carry out daily cleaning duties within the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef in addition to following a 'clean as you go' policy
* Ensure compliance with inhouse HACCP and food hygiene, health and safety systems to ensure compliance.
* Working 4 or 5 shifts per week 40 hrs per week , with paid overtime over 40 hours
* The ideal Chef de partie will have 2 years previous Rosette restaurant or hotel experience at Chef de Partie level or similar
* The ability to demonstrate the delivery of consistent quality dishes in a working trial
* able to assist in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
* Team player with an ability and desire to contribute to the team's success
* Excellent eye for detail and eager to learn and progress.
* A passion and flair for British produce
