FOH Supervisor/Maitre d - B&I - London EC2M - Mon to Fri

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor/Maitre d to work for a New Business and Industry site in London EC2M you will work alongside the chef team, you will ensure all standards of cleanliness are kept to the agreed high standard in all the front of house areas.

Key Information:

Salary:
Option 1: 47.5 hour week - £35,625 annually
Option 2: 40 hour week - £30,000 annually

Monday to Friday office hours.

Location: London EC2M - close to Liverpool Street Station

Start : ASAP

FOH Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Manage general assistants during events.

* Occasional serving of food in the restaurant and deli

* Provide excellent customer service

* Ensure the environment is clean and welcoming.

* Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

* Handle queries and complaints


FOH Supervisor requirements:

* Catering supervisor/Maire d/Waiter experience

* Smart appearance.

* A passion for providing excellent customer service

* A great team player yet able to work comfortably on own

* Good customer service skills
