Senior Chef de Partie - £18+ - Various Locations - Temp & Perm

Desired Attributes:

* Passionate about fresh food and able to run your own section. (More £ with pastry experience.)
* Previous experience in kitchen management, fast, high-quality service or events/banqueting/private dining.
* Competent in classical French/British/European cuisine.
* Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety - training/certificate can be provided for the right candidate, eventually gaining Level 3.
* Ability to adapt quickly in new environments and keep a calm head under pressure.
* High standard of professionalism, clear English communication & presentational skills.
* Good time management.
* Previous experience of using unusual ingredients or attiude to learn.
