Control Administrator immediate start

We have an exiting 12 week opportunity for 2 Control Administrators to make a different in a busy HR department.

The position is ideal for somebody looking to get some experience within the HR field. Duties include:

To ensure compliance of HRS Controls Framework.

To take responsibility for personal development and performance management with support from line manager

To ensure that mandatory training for yourself in relation to the role is completed as required.

Provide administrative support to ensure an accurate and quality service is delivered while meeting all required internal and external deadlines.

Working as a key member of the HRS Central Controls Team to ensure a timely service is delivered and that quality and consistency is maintained in accordance with service level requirements.

To ensure compliance with SLA processes

To ensure continuous improvement and update of process documents.

The ideal candidate should have experience in:


IT skills to include competency in Word, , and Excel

Experience or skill to use payroll and reporting systems, ResourceLink and Cognos desirable but not essential.

Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills

Time management

Analytical skills

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard

A payroll or finance qualification is desirable but not essential

Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

Experience of working to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators desirable

Excellent communication skills
