Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Full-Time Temporary ongoing Band 3 Admin Support Staff based in Belfast This is an ongoing temporary position Hours of work Mon-Fri 9.00am- 5.00pm (37.5hours per week) Rate of pay £11.67 per hourDuties include: The post holder will be required to provide an effective and efficient systems support to the Home Care Service, via Ebrokerage, Staff Plan and Paris. Making referrals, inputting care plans, cleansing staff plan and to support the Home Care Coordinators and Management with any other relevant queries.Essential Criteria:1. a. 4 GCSE's at grade C or above to include English Language or equivalent qualification and one year's administrative experience. orb. NVQ Level II in Administration and one year's administrative experience.orc. A minimum of two year's administrative experience.2.Experience of using key information systems e.g. Paris, Staffplan, Ebrokerage, Recruitment and Employers Confederation operating as an Employment Business for the recruitment of temporary vacancies
