Start Date: 24th February 2025 Location: Bristol, BS13 Salary: £12.30 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday; 08:30am - 17:30pm The Role <div><div><ul><li>Handling inbound customer service calls; providing support, guidance and knowledge to customers in a friendly, warm and professional manner, ensuring to provide a high level of service to all.</li><li>Using appropriate questions to understand and determine the customer's needs, resulting in first time resolution</li><li>Communicating relevant information to internal and external customers via email in a professional manner</li><li>Locating information from various relevant sources to be able to assist with customer queries.</li><li>Maintaining appropriate records and keeping data up to date and relevant</li><li>Adhering to data protection act guidelines.</li></ul></div></div><div>The Person</div><ul><li>Previous customer experience; whether it be in healthcare, retail, hospitality, leisure or contact centre and office based roles - we want someone that knows what good service is and has the passion to deliver it!</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build a rapport and a memorable experience oozing with warmth, empathy and the genuine desire to do the best for our customers.</li><li>Ability to work in line with policies, procedures and processes.
