Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welding and Fabrication: Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks to repair and maintain machinery.</li><li>Machine Operation: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>General Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to prevent machine downtime.</li><li>Refurbishments: Assist with refurbishing machinery and equipment to extend their operational life.</li><li>Manual Handling: Perform heavy manual lifting as part of daily tasks, adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Working at Heights: Confidently work at heights with all necessary safety training provided.</li><li>Working in Enclosed Spaces: Carry out tasks in enclosed spaces with comprehensive training and safety measures in place.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Basic experience in welding, machine operation, and hand tool use.</li><li>Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy manual lifting and other physically demanding tasks.</li><li>Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.</li><li>Adaptability: Willingness to work in various environments, including at heights and in enclosed spaces.</li><li>Flexibility: Ability to work overtime when needed to support the team and meet deadlines.</li></ul> Please apply in the first instance with a copy of your most up to date CV CPDaventry
