Types of audits; procedure audits, H&amp;amp;S audits, paperwork audits, fabrication audits, perimeter audits, GMP audits, trace ability audits</li><li>Create and maintain product specifications and records</li><li>Be a presence in production, helping staff to understand and comply with food safety, quality and H&amp;amp;S procedures</li><li>Carry out H&amp;amp;S risk assessments</li><li>Conduct basic food safety and quality training for other members of staff</li><li>Prepare and submit lab samples, keeping testing schedules up to date</li><li>Log lab results and create/update trend charts and reports</li><li>Be a source of knowledge for food safety and quality-related queries</li><li>Complete hygiene and allergen validations</li><li>Manage calibration schedules for equipment such as balances</li><li>Assist with Quality System document updates</li><li>Carry out label compliance checks</li><li>Deputise basic tasks in absence of Compliance Manager</li></ul>
