<h3>*** Telephone Research Admin ***</h3> Ongoing Temp contract - Available £12.00 per hour - paid weekly - The Recruitment Co are looking for Telephone Research Admin Remote work SHIFT PATTERN/HOURS *Days: Mon - Friday 9-5 In order to work from home you will need:<ul><li>Laptop/desktop computer.</li><li>Internet Access (Broadband)</li><li>A quiet room with no disturbances, allowing you to adhere to GDPR.</li><li>You will need to use your own mobile phone to make calls.</li></ul>JOB ROLE: You will be making outbound calls to legal professionals, conducting surveys on behalf of our clients. This is NOT a cold calling sales role, this is customer research. You will need to be able to build rapport and work in a professional manner.<ul><li>You will always work from a scripted survey</li><li>You will need to take accurate notes</li><li>Full training will be given</li><li>Managers/Supervisors will always be available for help and advice</li><li>Quality is monitored remotely</li><li>You are paid by the hour</li></ul>SKILLS:<ul><li>You must be polite with excellent communication skills and must love talking and listening</li><li>Call Centre Experience - desired (but full training will be given)</li><li>GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent</li></ul> BENEFITS:<ul><li>Weekly pay every Friday.</li><li>Remote work from home.
