We are looking for Production Operatives and Laminators to join our manufacturing client in Winkleigh. Must have own transport as the client is in a rural location, however there is free parking on site.<ul><li>Job Title: Production Operative / Laminator</li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 42.5hrs/per week</li><li>Job Type: Temp to Perm; Full time</li><li>Pay: £11.44/ph and after 13 weeks £12/ph (bonus available once perm)</li><li>Location: Winkleigh</li></ul> Responsibilities of the Production Operative:<ul><li>Working with fibreglass</li><li>Spraying wet mixture of resin and fibreglass</li><li>Woodwork and Assembly</li><li>Assembling panels into units</li><li>Manufacturing and fitting panels on the GRP housings.</li><li>Assembling the GRP housings</li><li>Requires manual handling</li><li>Full training and PPE is provided</li></ul> Requirements of the Production Operative:<ul><li>Previous experience working with Fiberglass, or Resin is essential</li><li>Able to work as part of a team and individually</li><li>Awareness of health and safety procedures</li><li>Labourer or Roofer Experience beneficial</li><li>Able to do Manual Handling tasks</li><li>Previous Production or Manufacturing Experience</li><li>Experience or familiarity with power tools</li><li>Must have own transport due to location of the site</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Enjoy DIY</li></ul> Apply below with your CV or call us on 01271 859135 CPBarnstapleThe Recruitment Co. is an equal opportunities employer and we're committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
