The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for Cooks and Front of House staff to join our clients Cafe located in the Llansamlet, Swansea area. Weekly pay and Immediate starts available!! Contract: Temp to perm after 12 weeks subject to passing probation Salary: £11.44ph Hours of work: Part time and full time hours available. Shifts on a rota basis to cover opening hours which are Monday to Saturday 8am-3pm. Role Responsibilities: Cook:<ul><li>Cooking home cooked food</li><li>Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and served is to the highest standard</li><li>Ensure a smooth operating kitchen: ensuring kitchen and Back areas remain clean, tidy and a safe environment to work in</li></ul><ul><li>Be responsible and accountable for your own health and safety and ensure food safety is adhered to at all times</li><li>Able to work as part of a small team and also independently</li><li>Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management</li></ul> Front of House Staff:<ul><li>Taking customer orders and payment</li><li>Serving tables</li><li>Making milkshakes, Frappes, teas and coffees (Barista trained desirable but not essential)</li><li>Some dessert cooking and making up side salads</li><li>Excellent customer service skills required</li><li>Able to work as part of a small team and also independently</li><li>Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management</li></ul> Previous experience within a hospitality environment is desirable, however for front of house staff, training can be given.
