Customer Account Administrator based in Bradford, BD3 Offering £11.85 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday Start Date: 23rd September 2024 Temporary 3 month contract; full time and part time available The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for Customer Account Administrators on behalf of our client based in Bradford. They are looking for Customer Account Administrators to join their team, this is an initial 3 month contract providing support with an upcoming project on behalf of their sister company - this project is to offer a more effective social tariff to households on lower incomes gain help and affordability of their utilities.The Location: Bradford, BD3 (on-site)The Hours <ul><li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Working times between 8am-6pm</li><li>We have both full and part time available and will discuss preferences during the screening process </li><li>Full time hours; 37.5 per week</li><li>Part time hours; to be discussed dependant on availability and preferences.</li></ul>The Salary: £11.85 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday! The Role:<ul><li>Correctly assess customers accounts and make sound and rational decisions; working inline with the banding matrix and accurately reviewing all customers information to ensure an accurate tariff has been assigned. </li><li>Completing required data transfers - ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output</li><li>Verify data by comparing it to source documents</li><li>Working to and inline with service level agreements </li><li>Working in a effective and timely manner </li><li>Using in-hoiuse systems to accurate record information and data transfers </li><li>Working alongside a small, friendly and supportive team </li><li>Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information</li></ul>The Person <ul><li>Previous administration, clerical or data entry experience is required, you will handling a large volume of customer accounts and completing data heavy admin tasks.</li><li>Strong IT skills are required - good navigational skills, typing accuracy and speed</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies </li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong personal organisation and time management</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Please note: All successful candidates will need to pass a DBS check for this position.</li></ul>If this role is of interest please APPLY now with an updated CV, if you are shortlisted for the role a representative from The Recruitment Co. will be in touch to discuss the role further.#CCNorthwest The Recruitment Co. is an equal opportunities employer and we're committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
