Job Title: Administrator (Licencing Department)
Location: Temple Street, Bristol
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 09.00 - 17.30 (16.30 on a Friday)
Hourly Pay Rate: £11.41
Start Date: 16th September 2019
Duration: 12 Months
This is a role provides processing administration work relating to parking permits, blue badges, and disabled bays.
Key tasks will include:
- Basic Administration skills
- Fact finding for applications
- Acting as a point of contact for the public and partner agencies
- Prompt distribution of confidential papers
- Maintaining accurate data and producing regular statistical updates
Skills Required for this role
- 1 Year Minimum Administration Experience
- Proven Customer Service Track Record
- Workplace Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook
