Blue Arrow Glasgow are currently looking for a creative and forward thinking Head chef to join our client's successful and fast paced team.

We are looking for an energetic, confident and passionate individual who is able to deliver speed, accuracy and leadership in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

You will manage daily kitchen activities, taking lead in all areas, including overseeing staff, menu preparation, ensuring consistent food quality and freshness.

Ideally you will have experience in fine dining and have worked up to rosette level.

 
Roles and Responsibilities

 

•             Ensure all food items are presented, prepared and served to the highest of standard

•             Run kitchen and show leadership to the kitchen brigade

•             Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times

•             Implementing high quality training to all junior chefs

•             Check all food in section before service and report of any shortages or poor quality

•             Ensure good rotation of stock

•             You'll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations.
