Customer Service Assistant

Our Swindon based client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Responsibilities:

To ensure a high level of customer service from booking to completion and to provide support to the control and operations of your service centre.

Confidently dealing with all incoming customer calls quickly, courteously and efficiently.
Making bookings accurately and advising clients of options to suit their requirements.
Completing customer bookings on the company's in-house computer program
Proactively keeping clients informed of delays or issues as advised.
Proactive monitoring of third party service and costs to ensure highest level of service and maximized margins.
Provide support for out of hours services on rotational basis when required.
To receive and distribute parts stored for our clients utilising our Logistics service.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm

We are looking for candidates with customer service experience who are customer and solutions focussed.
