Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre

Our Swindon based client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team based in the centre of Swindon.

The role is Temporary leading to a 6 month Fixed Term Contract and will be starting on March 20th.

PURPOSE:

To handle telephone calls from customers and distributors, focusing in line with service level agreement (SLA's)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide accurate information to callers

  • Good listening skills to clearly and accurately relay messages to processing
  • Accurately hand off technical telephone queries to appropriate person/area
  • Excellent soft skills to build a rapport and create a positive customer experience
  • Passionate about customer service and the need to Treat Customers Fairly
You will need to have obtained C grade or above GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English.
The role will be working Monday-Friday 37.5hrs per week, with 1 out of 4 Saturdays in the month.
