The role:
A leading player in the Hospitality industry is looking for an ambitious and hardworking Commis Chef. The Hotel Restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh dishes, catering for functions throughout the year. The company offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Commis Chef
  • To prepare the ingredients for the team
  • To measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
  • To assist with incoming deliveries and stock rotation
  • To ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy

What you need to get the job:
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 or Equivalent is beneficial
  • Passionate about food
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
