  • Knowledge of basic French Cuisine and understanding of modern Italian Cuisine
  • Ability to work well in team and have a clear set target for personal achievements

What will we require from you as a Junior Sous Chef?
  • Working hand to hand with Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Assist in training junior Chefs and running the sections
  • Assist with incoming deliveries and stock rotation
  • To comply with Health & Safety at Work and Food Health & Safety legislation
