The Company

Gastro Pub situated in a lovely location of Waterlooville. The extensive and imaginative menu is ever-changing, using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. All food is homemade and freshly prepared in the kitchen. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team.

Required Experience

As the Junior Sous Chef you will be required to have previous experience within a similar role, You will need to have a background working with fresh food and be aware of all the health and safety/food safety legislation's practiced in working kitchens. Qualifications to an NVQ level 2 or city and guilds equivalent is also preferred.
