Role Overview:
A popular Hotel & Entertainment venue located in Eastleigh are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join the brigade. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh dishes served daily, covering functions throughout the year. Company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress.


What is it all about?
As Sous Chef you will be the ultimate team player who can communicate and also be able to deliver quality food for the restaurant. You will also assist the Head Chef in the running of this busy kitchen by supervising the junior chefs and developing them as culinary experts.


What's expected?
The successful Sous Chef must be a team player who can communicate and work with people at all levels. You must also have a proven track record of cooking quality food and be motivated to push this restaurant to the next level. The successful Sous Chef will also need to be confident, self motivated, driven, and be able to hit the ground running.


The Reward
Annual salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE
40 - 48 hours per week
Straight shifts
Meals on duty

Eligibility:
