This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated Telesales Agents (inbound or outbound) to join one of the UK's leading Internet price comparison services within the energy and telecoms sector.

You can also gain a qualification in Customer Services.

About the role:
  • The comprehensive training package equips you with the variety of information, knowledge and skills you'll need to succeed.
  • Calling/taking calls from customers to help them reduce their energy, telecoms or broadband costs by switching supplier.
  • After training you will receive on the job support and be encouraged to develop through a qualification in customer service.
  • Responsibilities will involve ensuring quality and compliance standards, meeting and exceeding operational sales calls per day and demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate:
  • Will have six months sales experience, be target driven and ambitious.
  • Enjoy delivering good customer service
  • Be competent and confident in their oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good math skills and be IT literate with general computer skills.
  • Have a professional attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player.
  • Be able to explain technical information clearly.
  • Transport to site essential.

The starting salary is between £14,000 and £16,000 with earning potential of up to £29,000 per annum.

Working hours are 37.5 per week with 9 - 5 available as well as flexible shift working.
