We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Tracing Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with the opportunity for the role to lead to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a debt recovery environment.

The job role includes the following duties:

Working with various in house tracing systems.
Utilising up to date financial information to locate clients when required.
Working with sensitive government information such as client addresses and date of birth.
Producing case reports for Senior Management on each client with accurate and up to date information.
General Administration

Skills required for this role:
Good people Skills
Excellent problem solving
Strong Administration skills
PC literate
Proficient in excel
Accuracy and attention to detail.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 6.00pm.
