Office Manager

Office Manager. Manchester City Centre. Superb Temp Contract possibly leading to Permanent. Offices in Manchester and Australia. Immediate start. £12 - £17 per hour DOE.

Your new role

As an Office Manager your duty will be to maintain the smooth-running of the administrative office functions,

HR (record annual leave, employment contracts / employee file management)

Office Admin (organising maintenance if required, general up keep, ordering stationary etc.)

Travel booking / meeting co-ordination

Accounts receivable (credit control)

Accounts Payable (load/file invoices)

Good use of Microsoft Office 355 and Dynamics

37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

Ability to work with MD in the Manchester office and Finance team in Adelaide

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as an Office Manager would be preferred, however experience at a high level of Administration will also be considered. A confident and articulate manner is essential, alongside strong organisational skills.
