Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to work and support a fast paced environment, within the food industry. There is an opportunity for the role to go permanent for the correct candidate.

shifts Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm (Thursday off)
May be required to work some Saturday mornings any may go to full time hours.


Daily tasks:

Providing administrative support

Speaking with different suppliers

Using Sage 50/ Sage 500

Updating records using Excel

Day to day office duties


Skills:


IT literate and fully conversant with word and excel

Good organisation skills

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Passionate and motivated personality.

Able to work in a team

Experience within the food industry is desirable but not essential.
