Sous Chef - Country Pub- £28K - Ower - Outskirts of Romsey

Your main responsibilities as Sous Chef will include:

  • To Support the Senior Chef's in the running of the kitchen
  • To train and develop junior chefs
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Stock control
What you need to get the job:

  • Experience as a Junior Sous or strong Chef de Partie looking to step up
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent is desired but not essential
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • Passionate about cooking with fresh produce
  • High Volume Experience
