Reception/ Administrator (Property)

We are currently seeking applications for those keen to pursue a career within the Property Market.

This Edinburgh based role is suited to those who are highly organised and passionate about customer service. Training is provided and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm.

Role requirements:

  • Managing Reception; first point of contact, telephone/email enquiries
  • Diary Management
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Managing property listings and window advertising
  • Referencing
  • Providing agenda for weekly team and office meetings
  • Up-sell products; media and insurance to new tenants
