Telecare Operator

We are seeking applications from individuals who would thrive in a customer service oriented environment possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a tele-care operator, you will be required to provide an efficient call-handling service to different groups within the organisation including residents, contractors and internal and external bodies. Incoming calls vary from being routine to emergency and is therefore crucial calls are handled in a calm sympathetic manner.

Responsibilities Include:

- To receive and answer calls ensuring the appropriate action is taken and are prioritised where

- Logging calls and updating internal database

- Liaising with external bodies such as local authorities regarding maintenance and Emergency services
including Doctors and social work departments

- To provide administrative support where required

Given the nature of the service, this role demands shift work to allow the organisation to provide a 24hour service and a shift roster will be provided on commencement. This is a rewarding role with a diverse organisation who put their employees first.
