Head Chef - Visitor Destination Operation

Our client, a high volume, visitor destination operation situated in Edinburgh & Lothians, that specialises in using fresh, seasonal ingredients is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this expanding team.

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced, team player of a Head Chef to join this brigade who will be based on the outskirts of Edinburgh, providing catering solutions to different arms of the business and is eager to grow this business further.

You will have extensive, previous experience of creating high volume cuisine to the clients specification in this Head Chef role along with evidenced people management skills. You will also have experience of creating both contemporary and modern menus to suit the clients specifications.

We ideally want a Head Chef that has several years management experience in a similar catering environment in large volume, an excellent understanding of all financial aspects, current knowledge of kitchen trends in visitor attraction catering and is right now, eager for a new challenge.
