Sales Executive, Maidstone

This is a Business to Business direct telesales role in a rapidly expanding team who are looking for the right candidates to build a career and grow with them. The role offers excellent earning opportunities, progression and a great environment for driven, ambitious and money hungry sales people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generating New Business Sales to achieve monthly set targets selling on line advertising and marketing directly into the construction sector.
  • From data provided, you will be generating your own leads to grow your pipeline and achieve your daily and weekly KPI's, but will have full use of the internal database systems and project tools to assist you in achieving this.
  • Utilise additional sources obtained through the internet so basic computer skills would be an advantage, but are not essential as training on systems are provided.
  • Sourcing leads - updating internal systems - targeting prospective clients - generating new business - closing deals - networking with professionals and managing sales.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Candidates will ideally have at least 6 months experience in a similar telephone based sales role.
  • Must be able to communicate with people at all levels, as you will be liaising with Directors and Business owners.
  • A strong negotiator with persuasive closing skills.
  • The role would suit outgoing, lively and confident people whose main focus is to earn excellent money with the opportunity to progress rapidly based on target achievements.
  • Strong negotiation, good communication and time management.
  • Proficient in IT
  • Have the ability to generate sales, be self-motivated and competitive as well as team player.
  • Industry knowledge is not required as training ensures that you are well informed about the products and services being offered by our company.

Hours, Salary, Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:15pm.
  • Basic Salary starting at £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience (with OTE of approx 70k). Uncapped earning potential. Top earners are earning £120K.
  • Progression to Senior Account Manager.
  • Pension.
