Administration Assistant. High Street Banking Organisation. Stockport. Full Time. £9.52 per hour. 6 - 12 month contracts.

The Role:

The roles will sit across the New Vehicle Purchasing Team, Cash Team and Purchases team.

It is processing high volume & looking at contractual documents.

As an administration Assistant with this High Street Bank you will carry out a range of clerical/technical support tasks within defined procedures to support the business area in providing a high quality output.

You will be accountable to:

Carry out a range of assigned clerical/technical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to specified Group policies, processes and procedures.

Respond to queries/issues ensuring that customer requirements are clarified, referring to more senior colleagues where appropriate.

Raise routine correspondence where appropriate.

Build relationships typically at peer level in order to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries & issues escalating as appropriate.

Contribute to the completion of the team's workload.

Experience & Skills req:

Intermediate MS Word user.
Strong communication
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Previous administration experience.
A passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
