Due to business growth we are seeking an experienced and professional receptionist to join a large multi-national company.

We are looking for a self-starter with reception and customer service experience who is confident on the phones and dealing with visitors.

Your duties will also include:
  • The supervision of the reception areas during your working shift
  • Providing a professional service to all Front of House areas.
  • Adhering to all policies and promote the company image at all times.
  • To complete all administration relevant to the efficient running of the Front of House operation.
  • To identify training and develop requirements for the reception team.

Based in Watford, You will be working Monday - Friday on a shift based rota, either 07.30 to 16.30 or 08.30 to 17.30.

Experience required:
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to liaise with people at a Senior Level
  • Reception and customer service experience in a corporate office, hotel, conference centre.
  • High level of personal presentation and polish.
  • A self-managing starter, and able to complete tasks to the set deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team, and deliver a consistently high performance in a high pressure environment.
