Temporary Mobile Phones Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity that has arisen seeking a temporary Mobile Phones Administrator. Working within a fast past environment in Glasgow City centre. The role will be 35 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. The ideal candidate must have experience working with mobile devices.

Duties will include:

-Repair, replace or reconfigure defective equipment as appropriate.
-Audit reports of user activity to ensure they comply with agreed policies. Take appropriate action to manage any variance.
-Manage the returns process for defective devices.
-Prepare and Issue mobile devices for use including sim activation and configuration.
-Respond to staff enquires and assist with familiarisation of device.
-Ensure accurate records are maintained of all devices and their assigned users.


-Good understanding of handset technologies, data and voice services.
-Fully proficient in IT and Microsoft office.
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills are Essential.
-Basic competence in Mobile Services is essential.
-Experience of Lotus notes Email functionality.
