Administrator - St Ives (Cambs)

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Hours:Full Time 8.30am to 5.00pm / Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £18,000 to £23,000 (Depending on experience & skills)
Start date: ASAP

This is an ideal role for a candidate with strong previous administrative experience looking for more responsibility in a fast paced environment.

> Answering telephone calls and taking messages
> Typing/word processing
> liasing with staff, suppliers and clients
> Preparing letters, presentations and reports
> Respond to Service Delivery Staff with prices for basic quotations
> Work with Service Delivery
> Set-up new login details for trial customers
> Track leads through to handover to the Transition Manager and then into the billing system
> Chase service delivery managers on existing opportunities quoted
> Manage quoting process against suppliers to ensure best value purchases and cost benchmarking
> Other basic admin duties

Required Skills and Experience:

> Good communication skills, both written and verbal
> Experience in a similar Office role
> IT literate with MS office, mainly excel
> Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
> First-rate Customer Service skills
> Attention to detail
> Strong Administration experience
