The successful candidate must have previous payroll experience with a good understanding of Excel spread sheets. Accuracy, good communication skills, flexibility are all required.
This position is initially to cover a maternity period but could lead to a full time position with the client.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Completion of payroll - to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time
Managing and recording of invoices
Deal with incoming emails
Ensure fire registers are managed and maintained
Attend meetings and provide clear & accurate minutes
Manage site stationary and sundries
Keep customer databases up to date
This payroll position may require the successful applicant to work in other admin functions as required by the business.
