Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to join our prestigious client based just 2 hours from Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a young, creative chef to join a hotel who pride themselves in progression of their staff, not only within the hotel but throughout the group as a whole.

You will be working alongside a family of chefs who support each other, work hard and truly care about good food and service. Using all fresh produce, you will work alongside a department who are passionate about the industry and have a true desire to progress within the hospitality world!

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, career orientated chef to gain relevant experience within the industry and join a hotel that prides itself on staff development. So if you dream of running your own kitchen or opening your own restaurant, this is a great place to start!

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years rosette experience, be committed to a full time role and potentially willing to relocate depending on current location. You will also have a full understanding of Health & Safety/food hygiene.
