What: Invoice Clerk Where: Tamworth When: Immediate Start Paying: £8.30 - £9.11 per hour

Job Description:

The department you will be working in is responsible for back office operational support. It is a small team of 3 people and your duties will include;
  • Dealing with haulier invoices received at the office by post or email.
  • Matching the invoices against various databases including in-house and Microsoft Office packages
  • Dealing proactively with queries and hauliers
  • Interacting with internal DHL sites and other departments
  • Accurate maintenance of KPI records critical to business

Ideal Candidate:

Must have knowledge of spread sheets and be comfortable on the phone. You must have an eye for detail and a can do attitude.

You will be responsible for the processes start to finish and therefore need to be able to work on your own initiative - Training on internal systems will be given

General Information:

Hours are currently Monday to Friday normal office hours, they can be flexibility with start and finish times to accommodate child care. This position is Temporary to permanent for the right person.

Potential to be involved in other areas such as debt management, Process control and customer management.
