One of our top brand Retail clients are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join their busy and exciting store in St Andrews. As one of the world's biggest brands you will enjoy all the opportunities on offer as well as a generous hourly rate.

Our client believes that connecting with your customers and finding the right solution for their needs is the foundation of excellent customer service. The right candidate will need to be approachable, a good listener, inquisitive and a team player with the ability to interact confidently with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing customers unique, memorable and excellent customer service
  • To provide tailored solutions to suit the personal needs of the customer
  • Probing and Listening to customer concerns to suggest the right product/service for them
  • To work with and support your team members and being an overall excellent Team Player
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the retailers products and services
  • Strive to meet targets set
  • Understand the market in which the retailer operates in and have up to date knowledge of competitors products and services
**This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) that will include working some weekends**
