Customer Service Advisors x 20

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for our client based at Dearn Valley to support their client responsible for transport fee allocations with their latest project.
The role will be predominantly based on the phones in addition to processing administration that will include working with IT systems.

Ideally you should have a minimum of 12 months customer service experience and have a customers focused approach and the ability to demonstrate empathy.

The role will involve entering information onto an in house system therefore good keyboard skills are essential.

Working hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as and when required!!

The client offers 3 weeks training plus ongoing support and development!
This is a service driven role with no selling involved!!
